Motorcycle Rental Waiver

DO NOT FILL OUT THE WAIVER UNTIL YOU ARE AT THE MOTORCYCLE PLEASE

What motorcycle would you like to rent? check one or more.
Motorcycle are on a first come first serve basis. We will do our best to ensure you get what you want.
Take a picture of the license plate as ICBC will need it for the road test.
Where is your road test?

You are responsible for the Motorcycle. All damage to this motorcycle and other vehicles, property, or persons is the renters responsibility. 1st Gear Motorcycle Training will not cover these expenses. For example; If you fall off the motorcycle and the motorcycle is damaged. You are responsible for broken levers, mirrors, plastics, tire or rim damage, parts, etc. You are also responsible for parking tickets, traffic fines, impounds or transportation costs to recover the motorcycle. Minor cosmetic damage such as scratches are OK.

I will ride the motorcycle to ICBC and stay within 25kms of my ICBC testing location. When the Road Test is done I will come directly back to 1st Gear.

I will not operate it recklessly, or ride it on unpaved roads. I will ride the motorcycle in a safe and respectful manner.

If no 1st Gear employee is present to take back the motorcycle. Please email, text or call that the motorcycle is returned. You are liable for the motorcycle until we know it has been returned.
